The Cold Reconnoiter (P: Beta Fanart)

For those of you that don't read Pokemon: Beta, allow me to introduce you to unnamed, electric-type Floatzel. With a sword. We know he's a major character, 'cause he appears in the Prologue of sorts as an old friend of the protagonist, but when he first appears in the main plot, its in ch.3 (Which is also called "The Cold Reconnoiter" ) as Malverick's Prize experiment.

(I WOULD have drawn Barlo, but beat me to it.)

I know his electricity is supposed to be yellow, but blue is my favorite color, and I think it suits the whole "cold" motif the best. However, I did create a yellow version of it, and I'm posting it to the Pokemon Art Box (and will link it below), so check it out if you want.
