CHIDOR-uh, I mean, ELECTRO-BALL!

For anyone who doesn't know, Electro-ball is a special attack whose power is based on how much faster the user is than the target. Maximum power (base 150; 225 after STAB) is achieved when the user is 4x faster than the target. (Nuzzle is a weaker attack that guarantees paralysis)

Nuzzle+Electro-Ball therefore is actually a really good 1-2 combo for a special attacker (you don't need to use agility or anything, but I did in the comic). Provided you were already faster than your opponent, since paralysis reduces speed by 75%, EB is guaranteed to hit at max power. Even if your pokemon goes down, it still paralyzed the opponent for your next Pokemon. And, even if you WEREN'T faster than your opponent, chances are you're still at least 2x faster than them after the paralysis, in which case you can still easily hit for 120 (180 after STAB) power.

And before anyone points is out, yes, I know that Agility, Nuzzle, and Electro Ball are all moves that PIKACHU learns, and NOT Pichu. It's just that Pichu has a ridiculously limited moveset; if I didn't change it, the battle would just be a boring sequence of spamming Thundershock. So I'm calling artistic licence on this one.
